*** DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT AND DOES IT COST MONEY TO PLACE AN AD***

No you can post ads without making an account however you will have to enter your contact info each and every time, THERE ARE BENIFITS TO REGISTERING! All basic ads including 1 picture are FREE unless you are a business. If you are a business please sign up for one of our business accounts!

1. Can I post images on your website and is it Free? Yes! The first image with every ad is always free including your ad, you can purchase additional image slots with your account credit.

2. Can I view or browse ads without registering? Yes! The site has no ACL against normal web viewing.

3. I'm worried about showing my real e-mail for spam reasons. No worries, we have an internal messaging system that blocks your actual e-mail from showing as a normal registered free or paid customer.

4. I have some site issues, what can you do about them? Any concerns or questions can be addressed to our Admin inbox admin@xzut.com where we will address them in a timely manner.

5. I have some cool ideas for the site, can you consider implementing them? Of course, here at xZut.com we are always open to ideas and concepts for you the home user! If we see fit that we could implement your idea it could be done.

6. I signed up for an account but I can not login, and I never got an activation email? Sometimes email clients can route email to a spam folder or junk mail by accident. Check these folders for your activation email. If all else fails please email admin@xzut.com

7. I really like what a certain seller sells, how can I search more from this user? Simple, in one of their ads click on "View more items from this seller" under their nickname.

8. Why is my AD being Qued for Approval? Ad Approval mode - In the best interest of xZut.com it's owners and patrons, while site staff is unavailable to monitor Ad postings all Ad's will go through an approval stage. This means that if you post an Ad while we are not around it will be qued for approval so we can view the Ad before it goes live. This feature will mostly be activated between 11pm and 8am

9. How often is your site being monitored for abusive users? Although we can not be around 100% of the time for the most part we are monitoring the site. In the event that we are not online we still receive notifications through personal devices that we even bring to bed with us. The answer is our eyes don't wonder far!

10. Why can I not post myAD longer then 1 week? We try to keep our AD's as fresh as possible here at xZut.com so that users are not looking through AD's that are months old, However if you would like your AD to stay on longer either set a custom end time or set the auto relist feature.

11. Can I use my account credit to purchase items on the site? NO the account credit is for you to use to try out our extra features when posting items beyond a free AD. When your credit runs out you can add more with a credit card, through PayPal or by other means that will be available shortly.

12. That $45 fee, is that something I have to pay? No! This is our thanks to you for signing up during our live period. It's an account credit that goes towards feature purchases.
